Gigi Dawn

At ThriveHI As Program Manager, Gigi leads the strategic planning and execution of ThriveHI's events. She serves as the primary point of contact for partners and sponsors, managing key relationships to ensure collaborative success across the Hawaii tech ecosystem.

Outside of ThriveHI Gigi serves as a Director at AEP Hawaii, where she is a driving force in bridging the gap for the next generation of local talent. She is an active member of Hawaii Women in Tech, deeply committed to bringing Kama'aina back home and creating high-paying opportunities within the local workforce. A graduate of the University of Washington, Gigi has a background in data science and business development, previously working with organizations like the Seattle Kraken.
